ThunderDog uses a per-distance pricing matrix system for on-demand deliveries. Most couriers charge more if you need the delivery faster. Not us. ThunderDog only charges per distance, whether you need a rush or by the end of the day, it’s the same price.
No Waiting Time Charges!
That’s right. If your package is not ready and we just have to wait 10 minutes or so, we do not charge you for it. Only if it won’t be ready for awhile and have to send another driver do we charge what’s called a 2nd attempt.
