Do you charge extra for rush deliveries, heavy packages, or fuel?
No. We do not charge speed surcharges, weight fees, or extra line-item fuel costs. Whether it’s an urgent rush order or a standard same-day delivery, your price remains strictly based on the distance traveled.
How do I get a quote or check delivery rates for my route?

How does ThunderDog’s flat-rate pricing model work?
We use a transparent, per-distance flat-rate pricing matrix. Unlike traditional courier services that charge higher premiums for faster rush deliveries, ThunderDog charges the exact same rate based strictly on distance whether you need your delivery immediately or by the end of the day.
What happens if my package isn’t ready when the driver arrives?
We do not charge wait-time fees for short delays (around 10 minutes or so). If a package requires a significantly longer delay and we need to dispatch a second driver later, a standard 2nd-attempt fee will apply.
